The 3rd preparatory meeting for the High-Level Officials Meeting (HLOM) will take place on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM in Geneva, Switzerland. It is a hybrid event held in Room VII of the Palais des Nations and is part of a series of preparatory meetings to define the focus, program, and outcomes of the upcoming High-Level Officials Meeting.
